With Liteboxer Go giving you the ability to take your workouts with you, one of those places might be your living room!

You can cast your Liteboxer Go Workout to a Roku Compatible Smart TV using our Roku App, by taking advantage of your iOS device's Airplay Mirroring capabilities, or by using a direct line-in connection via cable.
Please reference the diagram below for a list of all currently supported streaming protocols:

- Select the casting button at the top of your Liteboxer App and follow the in-app steps to select your Roku Device. The casting icon will change from white to green when the device is successfully casting.
- Workouts will automatically cast to your TV as soon as the content is started. Use your Phone or Tablet to navigate the Liteboxer App as normal.

Direct connection via cable (eg. Lighting to HDMI)

- Connect your iPhone or iPad to your TV via cable.
- Your device's screen will be reflected on the TV.
- Go through Mirroring Calibration, found with Settings in your Liteboxer App, to ensure the lights and music are synced.

- Access mirroring outside of the app from your iPhone or iPad Control Center.
- Select Mirroring and follow the presented workflow.

While you can mirror or directly connect to a TV with an Android device, this can be a poor experience as most configurations will produce noticeable latency that cannot be solved for with calibration. |
